Easy Keto Almond Flour Waffles

These low carb, gluten-free, keto-friendly waffles are the perfect breakfast when you're in a pinch and are craving something sweet. This recipe makes enough for one 8-inch waffle. 

Macros: 8-net carbs for an 8-inch waffle

Tip: Eat half a waffle with some bacon and eggs for less carbs and more protein!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp erythritol or favorite sweetener
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and grease your waffle maker on medium heat. 
  2. Mix the wet ingredients first, then fold in the dry ingredients. 
  3. Pour into your waffle maker, and *mwah*!
